Our Production Facility
Located in the Alaplı Organized Industrial Zone, our modern facility operates on a 10,000 m² open area and a 4,500 m² enclosed space. Built in compliance with GMP and ISO quality standards, our infrastructure is equipped with advanced ventilation systems. Within a dedicated 500 m² area of the facility, we house a GMP-compliant clean room, an R&D laboratory, production offices, and extensive storage areas.
Our facility also hosts offices of five different courier companies, providing maximum accessibility and speed in logistics processes. Thanks to our flexible production capacity, we can efficiently accommodate both large-scale and small-scale manufacturing demands. This capability enables us to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of partners across various industries.

Our facility is specially designed with a flexible capacity model that can expand based on demand. Thanks to this innovative design, we can rapidly increase capacity by utilizing reserved spaces for additional transfer tanks and vessels. This allows our production line to efficiently handle both high-volume and low-volume manufacturing requirements.

Our manufacturing process is capable of quickly responding to sudden increases in demand. The strategic use of reserved areas enhances production efficiency and allows for rapid intervention when capacity expansion is necessary.
